Shipping and Returns Policies:
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once the payment has cleared your order will be posted. Should the item be unavailable you will be advised via e-mail and either an alternative same priced item can purchased or you will be refunded. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) and payment has been cleared we will process the order immediately.
If your order is in stock and the payment has cleared in the bank, it will be ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the shop to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Postage and Courier in South Africa is added automatically at the end of your transaction and is currently R99.00 to all major centers nationwide by Postnet for all orders under 5kg. For any orders over 5kg an additional R20.00 per kg will be added to the order.
Rural and outlying areas will be posted via SAPO Insured post with a tracking number.
International sales are arranged separately and posted via registered mail. Please email for a quotation to your country and Payfast payment request.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send detailed photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a R50 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card / bank account that you use when placing your order.
